I shouldn't have eaten that cup of sherbert last night AND I used the syrup for my sodastream yesterday evening. No time for exercise. Stressed because over deciding whether to keep or quit my job, not necessarily a bad thing, but I felt emotional over it.
I guess I need to cut back on hours so I can meal plan and exercise, let alone have time for everyone else un my life. I also need to cut sugar and simple carbs out of my diet except for rare occasions because calorie restriction alone is not helping me lose weight.
