Did marginally better over the weekend but there was one day during the week where I ate 4 pop tarts ...
Doing a 15k with running friends this weekend downtown, we're making a girls night of it Saturday night. I'm really looking forward to it, and funny enough I'll probably eat better because I won't be in the house.
Any fun plans for you all this weekend?

Girls Night sounds amazing. The social aspect of having a running group is something I really miss (darn my hyper-extended knee😭). I take studio yoga and Pilates classes, but it's just not the same energy as finishing a race. And I wouldn't sweat the Pop Tarts, as you'll probably burn them off tomorrow 😀

JB, I feel you. I'm glad you have your fitness classes! Are you able to do any walking groups, or does your knee not like that either? I have a neighbor who with her walking group they do 5 & 10ks!

@Asarver - Awesome, I'm sure you'll do great. I'm signed up for a 5K today and then driving up to Atlanta later today. First time doing the Hot Chocolate so I'm really looking forward to it. It's supposed to be a huge crowd, just hope the weather holds out for us. Good luck tomorrow.
