Swooy's Journal, 04 November 2022

This was a good week. I worked out at least 4 times this week. My first goal weight is 165 lbs then my second goal weight is 155 lbs. Honestly, I am so glad that I'm going through this journey of becoming more healthy. Nowadays people are noticing my weight loss and say stuff like "wow you are becoming skinny" ... I don't like it when people say that because they equate skinny people to being healthy. Not all skinny people are healthy. Just being healthy can be so simple if you let it be.... I know everyone is different and for some people it's harder to lose weight because of their circumstances.

For me....I eat healthy and workout on a regular basis. I don't know where this little rant went for my post and I'm sorry of I got you confused.....
171.2 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 16.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This is a great post 👍. All good. It used to bother me too when people would use the word 'skinny' so I would say 'Thanks and I feel GREAT, too' Take the compliment as it is meant.

So true! I like the details of the healthy habits you’ve cultivated! I’m going to try and track my proteins and vegetables this way.

Avocado, it really helps once you track your protetin and vegetables. The more protein the better the body is when you are constantly working out

Also the more protein and some fat you eat, the more full and less hungry you'll feel. Plus you'll build muscle which helps burn fat.😉
