Foot has been bothering me, so not really running. Keeping up with biking and swimming though.

nice...I have given up sugar for 5 days and gained 1.2 pounds..disappointing

It could be water retention, evanette!
Everything takes a little adjusting. Our weight also fluctuates a lot from day to day, so maybe 5 days isn't enough time to see the results yet :-) What kinds of sugar are you cutting out? I wish you luck!
