I agree with you 100% and I am hopeful that more folks will consider that same point. How can it possibly not matter? What you chose to fuel your engine matters; as does mpg...how far can you go on what you consume? I think different people have different needs, but living on processed chemicals feels short-sighted to me. Not only because of what it dies to your body, but also because of what it means when industry produces food like that. Now THERE'S some rambling for you! ha, ha, ha! 🤣❤

I totally agree with you! It's crazy how in most stores, it's processed foods covering most of the aisles. When a person is eating those foods at the time, they don't think about what it's doing to your body. Like cereal, it has alot of added sugar to make a person feel sluggish starting the day. Or soda, people know that it's bad for your body but they still drink it. I have a different mindset on food now!

Yes, in too many places, processed food is in the majority while real food is barely there. Inner cities have this problem. But once more people demand real food, you will see changes. They happen slowly at first but change starts with individuals and radiates out. Once the ratio hits that tipping point, stuff (and food) gets real... 😉
