We have traveled this last weekend and I slowed on weight loss but did keep to my diet plan. I got really tired yesterday and could hardly function for a time. Then I remembered I hadn't taken potassium for several days. With Atkins that is so important. Traveling was wonderful. We spent time with two of our children, their spouses, and our 3 fantastic little grandchildren ages 7, 3, and 2. They rarely see each other and this was the first time since the 2 year old was old enough to play they had been together. Life isn't much better than this last weekend.
162.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 37.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
