Day 39. A 380 calorie deficit yesterday tips me just under 75kg. I know that I am going to have to work really hard to not let this slip backwards - It's so easy to find an excuse to eat.
Today is six months to the day since I started my low heart rate running. It's really worked well - In that time I have had no injuries and ran a total of 1200 km. My pace is continues to improve and for me is a great stress reliever I am sleeping much better than I used to. Practice for my 1/2 marathon in Tavistock in just over a weeks time is going pretty well, I am trying not to be too optimistic about my time as it significantly hillier than my usual long distance runs.
No running today and hopefully I can get out in the garden and greenhouse.
