Day 34 I managed a unhealthy 1200 calorie deficit yesterday. By focusing myself eating wise and getting 100 minutes exercise in by running for the sixth day in a row. That makes 72km distance run in a week and a record total for me. If I can run close to the same distance next week I will be very pleased. The devastation In Ukraine is totally terrible and is forefront in my mind at the moment. I have shown some solidarity for Ukraine by running in the flag colours and making a PayPal donation via the Ukrainian embassy in the UK. I wish our government would simplify the entry for the refugees I feel totally embarrassed that only 100 have passed through so far. If of course the news is to believed- It's pathetic in comparison with others in Europe. Best wishes
