A few thoughts came to my mind this morning when I came to a mini goal of 50.6 Lbs lost since April 3rd--- "Praise God, from Whom all blessings flow; Praise Him, all creatures here below; Praise Him above, ye heavenly host; Praise Father, Son, and Holy Ghost."
A lot hard work, a lot of frustrations, and a lot of Grace...
