Sorry I haven't been around too much lately. these past two weeks have been really busy. I was helping out with family last week, and while I don't want to go in to the details, your thoughts and prayers would be really appreciated. ❤ I was able to keep up on the running for the most part, and eating not too bad.
I'm back home now, I have my half this weekend but I'm trying to catch up on sleep 😴 💤 I'm hoping I'll feel rested by Sunday. My wish / stretch goal is to try to get under 2 hrs (9:10 / mi), but given the farthest I've run was 12.80 ONCE, I'll be happy if I can manage 10:00 / mi.
