Thank you. I knew I was going to have a roller coaster ride this week. I knew I was going to have a cheat day on Sunday so I went for it. I feel like you need one every once in a while or you won’t stay the course. I’m just being honest with myself when I say that. We are all in this together and it is a team effort. Stay positive and I will see you all at the finish line.
