Not updating my weight today as it is a “bloated figure”. Tomorrow will be more accurate of my embarrassment, and failure at staying in program. That said, today is a new day and will endeavor to find my mojo and get back on track. There is a bit of mentalist going on in my head to cause some of this. At my current weight I am happy with my progress, but the other side of my brain is telling me not to settled and to go for the gold. Just not sure if it’s a golden Twinkie or the gold if reaching my 100’s. 😆. So far the former has won out, unfortunately. That which came so easy this time last year is problematic. Thank you for your patience.
