Am Montag hab ich etwas mehr als 2400 Kalorien konsumiert. Gestern dafür instinktiv weniger - mein Körper war noch satt. - So konnte ich also halten, aber nicht abnehmen. Ab heute möchte ich wieder mein früher so geliebtes Zitronen-Wasser in meine Trinkroutine aufnehmen. Zitronen-Wasser statt Cola Zero! 🍋🥛
