i hear you... am the same. i started over 13 stone with body fat of over 35% your typical Italian.. now 12 weeks on am 11,7 with 21.7 body fat.. i dont run yet i fast walk 45min 6 times a week and weight train twice a day only one body part each timefor 3 day then repeat again..
