Sorry for being away and causing alarm. I am doing okay worth no major drama to report. Thanksgiving certainly threw a wrench in my routines, but I am keeping track and the situation stayed apparently under control. I am lucky enough to have a good health and momentary feeding zig-zags have limited impact, so for now I'm daily keeping track of my weight and maintaining where I am told is healthy. I love everyone's effort here and I'm touched but not surprised people who don't know me would care, yet it's strangely not a good idea for me to obsess about food since I like it so much that I consider it an art. So difficult to explain, I hope you will forgive me for taking some time out. I bought a new camera so you know there will be some more food shots. I love this community, but the best way to eat well is to eat well without thinking about it
