After committing the weight loss sin or accepting a home cooked dinner invitation with all the decadent things you can think of including some wonderful fried fish and way too many sweet drinks with alcohol, I'm quite happy with losing .2 pounds since yesterday. 220's here I come!!

A little splurge now and then doesn't hurt, just adjust for a few days. I do calorie count and try to even things out to average 1200 a day over about a week.
