YES! My numbers are down again. I think I was not eating enough! I did kick start it w/ a small piece of lemon pie. now that just doesn't make sense.
170.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 30.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Ive always heard that it is good to cheat now and then. It helps shock your system. I take one day off weekly.
