Yay!!!! It’s official. My total loss since June 1st is 20.3 lbs!!! Another milestone! So grateful to God & this FS community for the positivity shared!!
147.7 lb Lost so far: 20.3 lb.    Still to go: 12.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
