No pain, no gain. Isn’t that what is said?! Ha ha. Actually things have been challenging lately staying on my rudimentary program as it is. I finally hit the 50# mark and gave a little back. Being off work is proving to be problematic for me. Also, will need some help once I get into the 230’s as I am committed, or should be committed, in increasing my exercise routine, which will play havoc with my scale readings unless I can keep my intake low. The musings of my journey!
