Yay!! Thankful to God & this app/community for the progress so far. 6.8 lbs down in 12 days. This whole, new way of eating/exercise has improved my energy AND sleep. I know they’ll be ups & downs, but encouraged.
161.2 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 26.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thank you! I would humbly say the journey is ever evolving for me. Lol. I continue to experiment & add/omit options to my exercise!
