Cruise sorry to hear of the trouble you are having. Are you getting enough protein and vitamins? Also it's ok to let the body rest and recover. My small contribution, no expert here, wishing you well🙏🏽💕

It’s hard to tell, because bodies can be so finicky. My recommendation, and what’s helped me get over slumps, is to take a good 9 hour sleep. If you can’t stay asleep that long, take some melatonin. But once your body has a good night’s sleep, and maybe a rest day, you should see at least a little drop. Otherwise, you may want to do what ettenauj said and add some more protein to your diet. Best of luck!

Maybe right about the rest. I have been pushing myself pretty hard. Protein is not an issue. I stick with fish, and veggies, and try to stead clear of red meats, but I did a 300k challenge for diabetes so I have been doing my normal routine plus.

If protein isn’t the problem, and if you’re pushing yourself, rest is definitely in order! Without proper rest, our body becomes stressed, and with stress comes weight gain or retention. Best of luck to you, and let us know if it works!
