Had a nice afternoon....took a drive with Hubby & went out for lunch. My Bacon Salmon sandwich & garlic parmesan fries were REALLY good & a bit decadent. I also had Malbec wine 🍷
We did get home with plenty of time for our afternoon walk.
I got a good report at the Cardiologist yesterday. I saw the physicians assistant. I go every 6 months & lately they've rotated. She was very complementary of my weight loss 😊 Since I was wearing clothes & had eaten I actually weighed slightly more on their scales & she still raved.
I'm not very hungry after our big lunch....I think dinner is going to be fruit & cheese. 🍏🍓🍇
