HAPPY FRIDAYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY!!!!!!!!!Hoping to walk soon its such nice weather today. I was 204 lbs in 2013 and dropped to 159 lbs. I have dealt with weight for so long. I do enjoy walking however I get self conscious because there are alot of houses being built. That means alot of construction workers around. I feel so uncomfortable. They stare at me and I feel like a piece of meat. Anything can happen to a women alone these days. I carry pepper spray, my phone and share my location with my mom.
185.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 25.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I understand. I used to walk in a neighborhood near my house and I quit because they started building new houses and I felt really uncomfortable around the construction workers. 😕 Now I walk at my son’s elementary school track.
