Oh my gosh! I truly can't remember when I left the 160's behind, and now I'm finally back! 160-165 was my average weight throughout high school, when I was running track and in the pom/dance squad. Of course, I was all muscle then, which is sadly not the case now. Still, I was 155 when I met my husband, 10 years out of school, so that is where my sights are set. Maybe if he weren't such a good cook, I'd be a thinner wife!
Anyway, I get to go home at 21 pounds down, and I feel great about that. Now I have the initiative to keep up the efforts. Good luck and a great holiday to all!
