Excited!! I ordered a fancy new scale that measures BMI and tracks it on my phone. I also ordered a smart watch. With my job sitting down most of the day and doing full time school it is so difficult to find an extra few minutes to get exercise in. Maybe this little motivation will help.

Goals for the day:
-stick to meal plan
-work on 5 page english paper (anyone want to do this one for me???)

122.0 lb Lost so far: 6.9 lb.    Still to go: 12.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Some exercise don’t need tool and also when you at home watch TV you can do the same time searching on YouTube you will find some fit for you
