The gym has been closed for 2 days due to bad weather! I desperately need the weather to get better today...I plan to work out for 2 hours tonight if the weather will improve...here's hoping!

can you do some cardio in your home? Jumping, running in place? And weight lifting, if you do not have weights, you can use cans from the kitchen. Sit ups, squats, lunges, pushups...all stuff that I do at home. I used to go to the gym, but I hate driving there, lol. 20 min there and then back...that is 40 minutes I could use doing something else...like playing games, playing piano, reading journals, lol. Anyway, hope your weather clears, but if it does not, work out at home! You are doing soooo great! I love looking at your stats; keep up the super progress!!!!

Thanks rockseer! I thought about doing some exercises at home. Comcast has a fitness channel On Demand with different shows from Jillian Micheals, etc. Maybe I will do a couple of those and some extra housework to burn some extra calories today. Sent you a buddy request :)
