I have been fighting this weight for years now and know that exercise makes a HUGE difference! Not only does it take off the weight, but it tightens up my body and nakes me feel strong, flexable and able to do anything! I feel like a blob of jello right now and too lazy to do anything about it!

I know from personal experience that I can lose this weight as I was 35 puonds less last April. Almost to my goal. Exercise was the key! I have put it all back on and can't believe it! I said I would NEVER allow myself to let myself go and feel this way again.

Well this is it! I am determined to do this and am glad to have support and help from a few online programs.
