Ok, Dienstag war doch mehr Füllstand als gedacht 😇 Die 68 kg sind wieder zum Greifen nah 🙃
153.4 lb Lost so far: 28.2 lb.    Still to go: 3.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
