This might just be by dumb luck, but we got back from vacation yesterday, and I've been trying to eat not too badly. Today I am going to start tracking again. I am, however, enjoying me learning how to control my eating without directly tracking all my calories. It's a step in the right direction for when I need to work on maintenance! I am going to start my running back up today. I haven't worked out in about 3 weeks. :x
