I love my scale. 😍 eventually it will be consistent drops...unless my chocolate from Wifey comes in the mail today...then I might be up again. 🤷🏻♀️🍫

No Chris. I haven't averaged anything. I've not had any real losses in months and what I did lose was probably muscle so looking forward to a decent weigh in by July. No rush- at this point, what's one more month? 🙄😜

Remember DP that in times like this stable weight and maintaining a diet that is consistent with supporting your immune system and your overall health is a huge WIN. Do the best you can do. We are a very long way from being done with this virus. We haven’t even finished round one yet and there are probably a few more rounds waiting in the wings. You can do this.

You should be able to track the ups with the lifting though so that you know when they are coming. I tend to gain the day after a workout. Today was an anomaly though lol.

I lift every day so eventually there is a drop. If I only gained after lifts, I'd be in big trouble. 😉 Thanks, Kenna.

She's baaaack! Good for you

Beauty of lifting is the act of lifting increases your metabolic rate for up to 48 hours! Boom! I mentally prepare myself if I get on the scale after leg day. But when I get on Inbody I love seeing that lean mass increase (with the fat loss!)
