I can't believe my weight's not moved!!
I've been taking Orlistat too, and have been very good. I've had no side affects from the tablets so I'm definately not having too much fat in my diet...
I think I need to cut back on the carbs

You may not be eating enough calories, especially if you are exercising. No one, no matter if your exercising or not should eat less than 1200 calories a day. ( unless prescribed by a Doctor ) I've noticed that once I upped my calories a little bit I started to lose more weight. Hope that helps.

It's only been a few days, give it a chance. We don't lose every day. Most people lose a pound or two a week. So you are in the normal range.
