A little bit perturbed by the increase in weight for my weigh in. I didn't get much exercising in though. So, new plan. I'm reverting back to keeping track of my WW points since that's what seemed to help me the most. I'm going to do that and try and get in more exercise...if only there were more hours in the day!

Make sure your doing your measurements weekly so you can see that you are indeed losing fat and ins because scales don't give a good read for what you have in muscle. Good luck!
