I've been doing really well with cutting down on my sugar intake. I've been eating fairly healthy, too. My only set back is my water intake. For some reason I have a hard time developing that habit. Got my bags packed for the gym tonight. Going straight after work.

I never did master the water thing. I just don't like it. I have learned to like flavored water, tea with artificial sweetener, etc. I always drank plenty of fluids but never much water and lost just fine. You've made a big step by cutting down on your sugar intake and eating healthier. Best wishes!
