I feel so angry with myself, after 4 days off the diet I've put on 5.5lbs, why is this so hard :-(

I can so relate to your woes. I have done that my whole life. Luckily for you 5.5 pds in 4 days is most likely water retention and if you jump back into the right frame of mind and ge back to eating right they will fall right off. Dont be discouraged, or self sabotage!

Thanks Sunshine, you have no idea how tempted I am to go home and just eat pizza but you are right I just need to get back into the right frame of mind.
