Down another pound! 😁
I'm pretty confident I'll meet my January goal (150 lb). Been staying under 1500 and keeping the runs up. 5 more pounds and my BMI will be in the healthy range again.
Body fat percentage hasn't really changed - how fast should one expect to see change there?

Excellent!! When you run a lot it makes your muscles dwindle...so as you are burning fat lean muscle is diminishing as well...thus your body fat percentage hasn’t really changed. I suggest adding some resistance training to your program.

Cardio gets a smaller you. Lifting weights builds muscles to a leaner you.
