I need help! Someone out there tell me what I am doing wrong. I'm exercising and eating less!
209.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I can't tell exactly what you are eating or how you are exercising, but I can give you some pointers. Get plenty of water in every day. Drink 3 to 4 liters per day. Watch your sodium intake - it's hidden in foods, especially processed foods. If you just started exercising, then your body is retaining water to repair your muscles. Just keep moving & this water will come off, but not overnight. Don't give up! YOU are worth the hard work! =D

Is your food diary accurate? If we can see everything you're eating we would be better able to help. Keep your points/calories consistant each day and in a healthy range (don't undereat or overeat). I agree with alideni, watch the sodium (you can show it on your food diary) and keep drinking lots of water. You can do this!
