So...I jumped over that plateau. I felt like I was holding on to that 131.0 or 130.0 number for WAYYYYY too long. But to be honest, I haven't seen much of a change in my body. Clothes aren't necessarily fitting better, and I don't feel like my workouts are really easing up. Oh well....slow and steady. It's been a stressful month, and I am going to just be excited about 129!!!!
