So close to goal for this month, but it's probably unlikely I'll lose 1.4 pounds by Tuesday. All the same, I'm happy with the progress!

186.4 lb Lost so far: 29.6 lb.    Still to go: 41.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
