AM weigh in. 7 hrs sleep. This is what I don't get. 5k calories yesterday. Almost 700 carbs and I lose a lb. 🤷🏻♂️

It was only 619..but I just changed my popcorn. I recorded unpopped. Not sure if you're supposed to record unpopped or popped because they're drastically different...

Aiming for around 2600 per day. I sometimes sleep most of a day since I work nights so I'll do a double day here and there..
