Missed weigh in last week and haven't been keeping regular track of my food. Will have to try to be better at it because that may be what helps me get past the "0" speed bump. Seems those weights ending in 0 are always VERY difficult for me to get by.

Little disappointed because my stomach measurement and the 1" below the belly button have only decreased 1/4" but I guess it's better than nothing. If I could just loose some of this belly, I could get into smaller clothes. Have some exercises that I'm starting next week and hopefully those will help.

Everybody have a safe and sane (but fun) Fourth of July.

Well it does look like whatever you have been doing is working out well for you. Great job on the loss. I think the lower part of the belly is the slowest to go, at least for me it is. I've been losing in the neck, boobs, and upper belly. I don't look as wide as I was but it still pushes forward.

I agree with Keli, the belly is a hard area. I have lost 55 pounds and it sure seems like my belly should be a lot flatter than it is!! Keep up the great work. You are doing fantastic! I think the reason it is so much slower is because it is attached to the hips!! lol
