Day 1 of the Keto diet went fine. I however felt a little woosie late last night. I'll keep a check on this.

Keep up the great work! Make sure you are getting in plenty of water. If you abruptly quitting soda or caffeine, that could be a contributor to your woosiness, or if your calories are WAY too low. Most likely, it will pass quickly. You're on the right path now!

Triple your water intake and add electrolytes! (Drink a Gatorade or get supplements!)
