Day 27: January goal ACCOMPLISHED! I knew when I woke up this morning I had a "whoosh!" Between my evening run yesterday and an ultra light dinner, my weight finally dipped below 175. That's 5.2 lbs gone in 27 days. I'll see how far I can get the remaining 4 days, then detail my Feb goal. Happy Sunday!
