I know it is induction working but to have lost 1.5 pounds since yesterday was too good not to adjust my weight on FS. Today eating will be a varied repeat of yesterday. As others have said I had to eat a snack after supper to get enough food in for the day. I ate leftover pork tenderloin and tillamook cheddar cheese topped with butter. My stomach looks much less extended. I feel great!
