Endlich :)

Heute ist Geburtstag angesagt 🤗 daher werden bis dahin Kalorien gespart.

Hoffentlich kann ich noch 1 kg diesen Monat abnehmen.

175.5 lb Lost so far: 49.4 lb. Still to go: 43.2 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.
