Did okay this week, apart from Friday night out with friends, but we won't talk about that! Next week will be a challenge, as we're going to Ireland on Tuesday, back the following Tuesday. I guess reflecting on last week's results for challenges I'm doing at the moment, I should really try to do some healthy eating while I'm away, and not drink too much in the pubs in the evening. It should still be possible to have a good time, shouldn't it?
