I've read Dr. Furhuman's "Eat to Live" and is now ready to start the diet and lower my weight, cholesterol, blood sugar and waistline. My biggest challenge will be eliminating oils, yes even olive oil according to the diet/lifestyle guidelines. I've been moving towards eating according to the plan while reading the book for the last two weeks, yes, two weeks...I read a lot for work. I'm now ready to get going. I'll be using my June blood work for my start and October bloodwork for my finish.
