Es stockt wieder 🙈 Aaaaahhhhh wie mich das nervt! Hab mich strikt an meine Kalorien gehalten die vergangene Woche.
154.3 lb Lost so far: 32.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
