My daughter came down from New York to Florida to visit me this Mother’s Day!! Had a wonderful time!! I tried staying on track but uummm yea didn’t happen. So this weeks weigh in I didn’t lose but the good news is I didn’t gain either. So score for me lol. But back to the grind today.
236.0 lb Lost so far: 4.1 lb.    Still to go: 61.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
