I think this weeks been a bit of a journey dieting one minute eating cake the next
132.3 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 19.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Don’t think of it as dieting. Think of it as a change in your way of eating. If cake fits into it, so well and good. If it’s there but in your heart of hearts you know it shouldn’t be then make a change and ditch it. All the best!

Yes sometimes it cooled by family members and left out as afters so I can’t resist. Good idea 😁👍💪
