Was on here before in 2020 and went from 184 to 155. Main goal is around 140 lbs. I have been maintaining over the past year (since Oct 2020) between 155 and 160. I am ready to start the next part.
I like to workout with free-weights and have been following some beachbody workouts for the past while. I also joined karate and obtained by orange :). Recently I bought a spin bike so added that in 3 times a week.
Even though I haven't lost anything this year, I have gained a lot. I am stronger, smarter, and have more courage.
